Dwayne Harris is the founder of Full Armor Church and has been featured on Christian television, radio, and as a keynote speaker on the topic of church safety. 

In addition to being an Ordained Bishop and an evangelist within the Church of God of Cleveland Tennessee, Dwayne actively serves in full time law enforcement and is a decorated officer with over 21 years of service to his community. His experience includes criminal investigations, SWAT team, and the development and instruction of law enforcement and community related crisis intervention and de-escalation training programs.  

Dwayne developed the Full Armor Church program after seeing a greater need for safety training specific to Houses of Worship and one that addresses the unique challenges they face. He has created a well-balanced approach and one that remains spiritually centered and tactically sound. He also uses his firsthand experience of law enforcement tactics, responses to critical incidents, de-escalation and control techniques, and spiritual warfare concepts to build realistic models that work. This combination has made him a leading voice on the topic of church safety and security.
