Full Armor Church has designed this self-assessment tool to assist ministries of all sizes in conducting a security risk assessment of their local church. It is designed to be completed by the Pastor or a designated church security director and can assist in identifying your present level of vulnerability to hazards, foreseeable criminal acts, or civil liability.
This 60 question self-scoring assessment measures your overall:

Simply answer the “yes” or “no” questions for each of the sections provided and then use the included scoring guide to calculate and record your final overall scores on the summary page. **Upon downloading the kit, you should conduct an initial risk assessment of your ministry. Once completed, make improvements, using the suggestions provided, and then conduct a follow-up risk assessment within a few months. You should retain a copy of your preliminary and secondary assessment, to help reduce your liability and document the active measures you have taken to improve the overall safety of the local congregation.
